ASAE's Great Ideas in Association Management Conference, Asia Pacific will feature a limited number of table top exhibits for suppliers and industry partners from around the world. Table top exhibits are very limited in number, so don't forget to sign up!

What is Included?
  • One (1) complimentary exhibitor full conference registration with the option to purchase one (1) additional full conference registration for $550.00 USD. Includes access to all education sessions, lunch, and evening receptions to network with prospects on and off the floor. Exhibit staff are registered separately from your table top purchase.
  • 6' long x 2.5' wide (182 cm x 76 cm) skirted table with two chairs and a wastebasket. Pull-up banners are not allowed in your exhibit space. Only items that fit on top of your table will be permitted.
  • Identification sign with your company name and table number.
  • One electrical outlet with wattage of 220V.
  • Standard company listing in the exhibitor directory of the 2017 ASAE's Great Ideas in Association Management Conference Onsite Guide (includes a complimentary 25-word company description).
  • Pre- and post-show attendee mailing lists to promote your participation.
  • Access to additional opportunities to maximize your company's visibility onsite.
  • 2017 “We’re Exhibiting” web sticker to use in your marketing collateral and post on your organization’s website.
CANCELLATION OF SPACE BY EXHIBITOR
All requests for cancellation or reduction of exhibit space must be in writing and shall become effective upon receipt by ASAE. Due to the difficulty of determining and detailing the losses which would result from cancellation of exhibit space, Exhibitor agrees to pay the following as liquidated damages (and not as a penalty) if Exhibitor cancels its exhibit space: If written notice of cancellation is received by ASAE on or before 23 November 2016, ASAE will retain or shall be owed a cancellation fee of $75.; if written notice of cancellation is received by ASAE on or after 24 November 2016 but on or before 21 December 2016, ASAE will retain or shall be owed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total exhibit fee (not just the deposit) plus a $75 processing fee; if written notice of cancellation is received by ASAE on or after 22 December 2016, ASAE will retain or shall be owed a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total exhibit fee. The above cancellation fee terms shall apply regardless of the execution date of this Agreement and regardless of any re-sale of exhibit space cancelled by Exhibitor. Commencing 22 December 2016, no refunds will be made.
